<h3>Job Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor to support the academic, social, and emotional development of our students. The School Counselor will provide counseling services, develop and implement support programs, and collaborate with teachers and parents to create a positive and inclusive school environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide individual and group counseling to students addressing academic, social, and emotional issues.</li><li>Develop and implement programs to promote student well-being and prevent bullying and other harmful behaviors.</li><li>Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success and address any concerns.</li><li>Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop appropriate interventions.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential student records.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Counseling and guidance skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrators</li><li>Knowledge of child development and adolescent psychology</li></ul>
