Job Description
As part of the Infosys Quality Engineering team, you will:
Test ServiceNow ITSM Modules (Incident, Change, Problem Management, Service Catalog, ITOM, SOM, HRSD).
Work with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for automation.
Understand requirements, prepare test cases, execute tests, analyze results, and report defects.
Perform regression & upgrade testing.
Test dashboards, reports, and SLA functionality.
Apply Agile methodologies & SDLC processes.
Work with CMDB, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
