Job Description
As part of the Infosys Quality Engineering team, you will:
Work with ITIL framework and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request Fulfillment, Continuous Service Improvement).
Manage IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA.
Perform change and deployment management across non-production & production environments.
Provide internal & external cloud service support (PCF, Azure, Oracle Cloud) including space creation, user access, service configuration, troubleshooting.
Support SaaS platforms (HPS, Salesforce, Oracle) with setup, integration, and ongoing maintenance.
Automate infrastructure health checks using open-source tools (e.g., Selenium).
Work with APM tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Splunk, SolarWinds.
Collaborate on DevOps pipelines, tool chains & integrations.
