We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex litigation matters, providing strategic legal advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, contract claims, and tort actions.
• Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conducting discovery, including depositions and document review.
• Negotiating settlements and representing clients in mediation and arbitration.
• Providing guidance to junior associates and paralegals.
