Marquis Finance is looking for a sharp, independent thinker to join our Credit & Risk team. What youll do: Deep dive into credit data to drive quality decisions in our vehicle finance portfolio Develop and enhance credit models and affordability tools. Help shape our credit strategy through proactive risk analysis. Work cross-functionally to optimise systems, policies, and processes. What you bring: (minimum requirements) - A degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or any related quantitative field. - 3+ years of experience in retail credit (vehicle finance preferred) - Strong modelling skills and a love for problem-solving beyond just reporting -Self-motivation, integrity, and a growth mindset
