We are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead our estimation team and manage the cost estimation process for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE market and a strong understanding of joinery estimation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine the scope of work.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
• Manage and mentor junior estimators.
• Maintain a database of cost data and pricing information.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
