Senior Estimator

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for water and wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with CCDC 2 Lump Sum contracts and a strong understanding of the 16 Divisions of Construction, particularly within a General Contractor setting.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for WWTP projects.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine accurate costs.
• Review and interpret contract documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Manage and maintain a database of cost information.
