Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, e-learning, and talent development.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
