Apidel is seeking a talented Senior Manager - Business Development with a strong background in US staffing to lead strategic sales, drive client relationships, and oversee operational success. This is a 100% remote role, offering an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals in staffing, MSP, or workforce solutions.
🔑 What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of sales and/or management experience in the staffing and/or MSP space, specifically with staffing sales, outsourcing, consulting, IT, or workforce solutions
- Proven leadership in operational and financial management, including P&L accountability
- Deep knowledge of enterprise-level sales processes, client retention, and consultative experience in US staffing
- Experience managing both on-site/corporate operations and remote workforce solutions
