<p>Apidel is seeking a talented Senior Manager - Business Development with a strong background in US staffing to lead strategic sales, drive client relationships, and oversee operational success. This is a 100% remote role, offering an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals in staffing, MSP, or workforce solutions.</p><h3>🔑 What We're Looking For:</h3><ul><li>10+ years of sales and/or management experience in the staffing and/or MSP space, specifically with staffing sales, outsourcing, consulting, IT, or workforce solutions</li><li>Proven leadership in operational and financial management, including P&L accountability</li><li>Deep knowledge of enterprise-level sales processes, client retention, and consultative experience in US staffing</li><li>Experience managing both on-site/corporate operations and remote workforce solutions</li></ul><h3>🔑 Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Design and implement sales strategies for growth and client satisfaction</li><li>Lead client engagements and develop senior-level executive relationships</li><li>Drive revenue goals and operational efficiency</li><li>Manage P&L for assigned accounts</li></ul>
