The MSA Group is looking for a Senior Mineral Resource Consultant to join our team in Kazakhstan. This role is ideal for an experienced geologist with strong technical skills in resource modelling, geostatistics, and mineral resource estimation, who also brings business insight and project leadership capabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Mineral Resource Estimation (MRE) projects across multiple commodities
• Build and review 3D geological models using industry software (e.g., Leapfrog, Datamine)
• Ensure compliance with JORC, SAMREC, and NI 43-101 standards
• Support feasibility studies and mine planning through accurate resource input and risk analysis
• Prepare and review technical reports and public disclosures
• Mentor junior staff and support professional development
• Engage with clients, attend industry events, and support business development
• Contribute to project budgeting, invoicing, and financial oversight
• Promote continuous improvement and ensure QA/QC across modelling and data processes
