-Handle service desk tickets and inquiries. -Managing printer stock and notifying the vendor if maintenance is needed for printers. -Managing the movement of assets/ printers from and to branches. -Preparing devices before being sent to branches. -Provide support (software/ hardware) for warehouse employees when needed.
