Job Description

<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and custom modules across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, OMT, and Scoped Applications.</li><li>Develop robust scripts, UI policies, business rules, and automation workflows using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Glide API.</li><li>Create dynamic and user-friendly Service Portals using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.</li><li>Build and manage integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.</li><li>Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform: upgrades, cloning, user access, instance health, and performance tuning.</li><li>Configure and maintain foundational elements like CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.</li><li>Implement and enforce platform security through ACLs, roles, and data policies to ensure compliance and protection.</li><li>Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics for actionable business insights.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver long-term fixes for stability and performance.</li><li>Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions that meet business needs.</li><li>Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3><ul><li>Strong proficiency with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.</li><li>Expert-level skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.</li><li>Solid experience in front-end development using Service Portal (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX).</li><li>Proven experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.</li><li>Deep understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.</li><li>Experience with security configuration, ACLs, and role-based access control.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM) are a plus.</li></ul>
