• Manage production shifts efficiently in a 24/7 setup
• Handle manpower (30+ personnel per shift)
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Drive process improvements through Kaizen and lean initiatives
• Monitor production KPIs like cycle time, FTT, and downtime
• Use ERP systems (like SAP) and SCADA tools for reporting and control
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting as per operational protocols
