We are seeking a highly experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at our Early Production Facility (EPF) in Libya. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of operators and technicians to ensure safe and efficient production. This role demands strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of oil and gas operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate shift operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Lead startup and shutdown procedures, and manage emergency response situations.
* Implement and maintain the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
* Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills:
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Expertise in startup/shutdown procedures and PTW systems.
* Knowledge of H2S safety and firefighting techniques.
