We are seeking a highly experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee operations in our Early Production Facility (EPF) project in Libya. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility during their shift, providing leadership and guidance to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate all operational activities during the shift.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
* Lead startup and shutdown procedures, PTW, and emergency response efforts.
* Monitor and troubleshoot process issues to maintain optimal performance.

Required Skills:
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
* Expertise in startup/shutdown procedures and emergency response.
* Knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
* H2S, Firefighting, and Permit to Work certifications.
