Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the construction manager, admin head, and project team members.
- Manage and maintain attendance, site admin related reports.
- Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, including letters, memos, and emails.
-Coordinate meetings, conference and events, room booking, etc.
-Monitor and track project expenses, prepare expense reports and assist with budget management.
-Administration of Labour Camp in all respects.
-Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for project team members and visitors.
-Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries and aiding as needed.
-Collaborate with various departments to facilities information flow and ensure smooth coordination of activists.
-Assist with data entry, data management and preparation of reports as required.
-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
-Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
