We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to individuals with communication disorders. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the SLP in conducting assessments and evaluations.
- Implement treatment plans as directed by the SLP.
- Provide direct therapy services to individuals and groups.
- Document patient progress and report to the SLP.
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
Required Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Passion for helping others.
