Overview
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients. The SLP will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, and educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication skills. This role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' communication and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy to patients in individual and group settings.
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
