Job Description

<p>Strategic Beast Consulting is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Social Media Manager who also has strong Executive Assistant experience (at least 3 years).</p><p>This is a dynamic role for someone who can balance strategic creativity with organizational excellence. You’ll manage our social media presence while also supporting executive operations to ensure smooth day-to-day business flow.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop, manage, and grow social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, engagement).</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and impact.</li><li>Support executives with calendar management, scheduling, emails, and follow-ups.</li><li>Assist with project coordination, research, and documentation.</li><li>Provide proactive solutions to improve processes and team productivity.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of combined experience as a Social Media Manager and Executive Assistant.</li><li>Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficient with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter).</li><li>Strong knowledge of productivity tools (Google Workspace, project management apps).</li><li>Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
