Establishes direction for storytelling.
Understands the social platforms and the algorithms that impact them.
Is a news aggregator.
Develops and prioritizes the calendar / weekly/monthly
Oversee, plan, deliver content across different platforms.
Uses scheduling tools/social media management tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, buffer, later)
Creating campaigns ideas and execution.
Track and analyze performance on social media platforms using tools (google analytics, fb insights, management tools numbers and reports)
Analyze competitors social media activity.
Motivated and entrepreneurial in spirit.
Manage and motivate junior staff.
Measure web traffic and monitor SEO.
Ensures consistency and continuation of thematic content
Has a pulse on the community and can determine what content will be of value to the brand
