The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and a creative approach to menu development.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development.<br/>* Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation.<br/>* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.<br/>* Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.<br/>* Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and procedures.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.<br/>* Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.<br/>* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.<br/>* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.</p>
