Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in patients. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing skills.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
Required Skills
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
