We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Johannesburg team. This position will focus on demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain optimization to ensure seamless operations and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and supply chain strategies.
• Oversee procurement, supplier coordination, and contract negotiations.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock control.
• Monitor supply chain performance and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for operational alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven expertise in demand planning, supply & inventory management, and procurement.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Industry experience in engineering or construction is an advantage.
