Job Description
Revcare Analytics is hiring a Performance Unit (PU) Supply Network Inventory Planner for a leading global FMCG client. This is a strategic role for supply chain professionals with expertise in inventory optimization, digital planning, and stakeholder collaboration across Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Materials (RM).
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Replenishment Strategy
Own and implement inventory strategies across the PU, bringing the Global Planning Playbook to life
Develop and execute segmentation and safety stock strategies using Kinaxis Maestro
Ensure governance and accuracy of key planning parameters like lead times, service levels, and stock policies
SLOBs (Slow/Obsolete Stock) Management
Analyze and root-cause LOBs and high coverage inventory
Collaborate with planners and finance to implement sell-off strategies and inventory corrections
Drive the inventory efficiency roadmap to meet DOC (Days of Cover) targets
Stakeholder Engagement & S&OP
Partner with PU Planning Leads, Production, and Raw Material Planners
Actively support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with insights, projections, and action tracking
Tools, Systems & Reporting
Leverage Kinaxis Maestro for end-to-end planning, scenario modelling, and safety stock configuration
Monitor KPIs: DOC, stock turns, SLOB %
Drive digital process improvements for greater inventory responsiveness
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (Masters preferred)
5+ years experience in inventory/supply planning
Proficiency in Kinaxis Maestro or any advanced planning tool
Strong understanding of ERP systems: SAP ECC, S4 HANA, or JDE
Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders across geographies
