We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in MEP & Civil Recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for MEP & Civil positions.
* Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
* Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.

Required Skills:
* Proven experience in technical recruitment, specifically MEP & Civil.
* Strong understanding of MEP & Civil engineering roles and requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
