We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us find and attract top talent. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in recruitment and sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
