Job Description
L1/L2 support for Oracle XStore and Oracle Retail POS
Troubleshoot transaction errors, crashes, integrations
Perform patches, upgrades, configurations
Escalate issues to Oracle support when required
Setup & maintain POS terminals, peripherals, scanners, printers
Floor support during peak hours and store launches
Preventive maintenance and hardware lifecycle management
Train staff on POS use and basic troubleshooting
Install/configure Windows PCs, laptops, servers
Administer Office 365 apps: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
Troubleshoot user access, emails, permissions
Apply security patches and updates
Remote and onsite support for hardware/software issues
Support for printers, mobile devices, and user applications
Onboarding/offboarding IT tasks
IT asset inventory management
Basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi issues
Configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, access points
VPN setup and PCI-DSS compliance handling
Server monitoring (Windows/Linux), AD/GPO, patching, backup
Installation of new IT hardware/software (POS, PCs, servers)
Maintain and update inventory and preventive maintenance logs
Perform QA and health checks on hardware pre-deployment
Implement IT security protocols (antivirus, patching, access controls)
Support store openings and back-office setups
Own issue resolution lifecycle with cross-team collaboration
