Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals with a focus on technical skills. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Conduct technical interviews and assessments or coordinate with tech teams for evaluations.
