Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, skilled and Self Motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent for various IT roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand the technical needs of our team and design a recruitment strategy to attract candidates who fit our company culture and technical requirements. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT support professionals. Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.). Conduct initial screenings, interview coordination, and reference checks. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the role requirements and necessary skills. Manage candidate relationships, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Negotiate offers and employment terms with potential hires. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
