We are looking for an enthusiastic L2 Technical Support Engineer with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote support via phone, email, and chat to resolve end-user technical issues.
Troubleshoot Windows/Mac OS, Citrix, virtualization tech, and AWS environments.
Use remote tools (WebEx, LogMeIn, Bomgar) to support desktop and mobile users.
Manage tickets via ServiceNow/RemedyForce; escalate as needed.
