Job Description

<p>As a Training Coordinator, you’ll ensure the seamless planning, execution, and tracking of training programs across teams and clients. You’ll manage schedules, logistics, feedback, and communication — all to support high-quality, impactful learning experiences.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Coordinate and schedule online/offline training sessions</li><li>Manage logistics: invitations, calendars, attendance</li><li>Collaborate with trainers and content experts</li><li>Track progress and maintain records in LMS</li><li>Collect and analyze feedback for continuous improvement</li><li>Support onboarding and internal training</li><li>Align training initiatives with business goals</li><li>Assist in SOP creation and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with clients and external partners for B2B training</li></ul>
