As a Training Coordinator, you’ll ensure the seamless planning, execution, and tracking of training programs across teams and clients. You’ll manage schedules, logistics, feedback, and communication — all to support high-quality, impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule online/offline training sessions
- Manage logistics: invitations, calendars, attendance
- Collaborate with trainers and content experts
- Track progress and maintain records in LMS
- Collect and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
- Support onboarding and internal training
- Align training initiatives with business goals
- Assist in SOP creation and documentation
- Coordinate with clients and external partners for B2B training
