Personnel World is seeking a detail-driven Unemployment Claims Clerk to support one of our valued clients. This role plays a key part in managing unemployment compensation claims, appeals, hearings, and appellate decisions—working closely with attorneys, staff, and members throughout the process.

• Open & scan incoming mail for electronic distribution
• Prepare hearing notices, decisions & correspondence
• Draft exhibits, briefs & appellate documents
• Track deadlines & update case management systems
• Ensure accurate, timely processing of appeals mail
