<p>Drive the full US staffing life cycle — sourcing, screening, qualifying, and submitting top talent.</p><ul><li>Work on Direct Client & VMS requirements (Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.).</li><li>Recruit not just for IT roles but also for creative and non-IT positions like Paralegal, Compliance Analyst, UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, Production Support, Project Manager, Content Writer, Business Analyst, Marketing, and more.</li><li>Build strong candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, roll out offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.</li><li>Meet client expectations with quality submissions and maintain compliance.</li></ul>
