Data Analyst - Annuity

Immediate need for Mid-Level #DataAnalyst with #Annuity and life insurance domain experience for 6-9 months contract to hire role in Charlotte, NC Description of Responsibilities: Hands on #Dataanalysis experience in #Annuity and Life data lifecycle regarding systematically collecting cleaning transforming, modeling and interpreting date to gain insights and inform decision-making- Performs essential data analysis and works closely with the business clients to identify business requirements/issues in order to map out possible solutions. The mapping is used to develop the business case for action. defining the need, the method, and the benefits of proposed solutions. Serves as a liaison between the business clients and the development and other teams in the IT function. Delivers required solutions according to overall service levels and schedules on high priority projects. Collaborate with Onshore and Offshore teams. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of IT experience 3+ years of extensive experience as a #DataAnalyst Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with implementation of insurance deals Working Knowledge of Life and #AnnuityBusinessLifecycle Presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas and concepts relating to data analysis/modeling Skills: Data Analysis: Knowledge of #businessdataanalysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret #businessdata using various kinds of techniques to moot business needs and requirements. Strong knowledge of Life and Annuity data lifecycle along with reinsurance deals implementation. System and Technology Integration/Collaboration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases (query wilting) and technology platforms. Proficient in #writing #SOL queries. #TechnicalWritingDocumentation: Knowledge of technical writing, ability to write technical documents such as specifications, source to target mappings. guidelines of documents on standards, processes, and applications.
