“ E. Bryan Snell is President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Venator. Previously, Mr. Snell served as the former President of Titanium Technologies at Chemours, a chemistry company and one of the world’s largest producers of titanium dioxide for coatings, plastics, and laminates, a position he held from 2015 to 2021. For over 40 years, Mr. Snell served in a variety of senior level management and operational roles at Chemours (previously DuPont), including sales and marketing and plant management and, in his most recent role, revamped the Titanium Technologies commercial strategy. Mr. Snell holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.”

“ Bertrand Defoort, Senior Vice President of Finance at Venator, has 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. He started his career as financial auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining the group 15 years ago. Bertrand served as Business Unit Finance Director, Global Accounting Shared Services Director, VP Corporate Controller before becoming VP of Finance. Bertrand led the finance function in delivering strategic projects such as Business Improvement Program, restructuring activities and M&A initiatives. Bertrand holds a Master of Science in Management and is a UK chartered accountant.”

“ Karen Askwith is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Venator and joined the Executive Leadership Team in October 2024. During her career, Karen has had considerable experience in a variety of leadership and manufacturing roles. She began her career with large chemical companies DuPont and Invista in Process Engineering, Plant Management and Project Management roles before joining Huntsman Pigments and Additives in 2016. Karen displayed exceptional leadership as Greatham Site Technical Manager, and later supported Process Safety implementation at the company's sites, before becoming Central Manufacturing Director. Prior to her current role, Karen spent a year as Greatham Site Director. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University.”

“ Nicolas Joly is the Executive Vice President, Commercial at Venator. With over 20 years in the chemical industry, he brings extensive experience in business leadership, notably in commercial successes in challenged business environments. Most recently, Nicolas served as Senior Vice President at Trinseo, as well as President of Styrenics Circular Solutions. Prior to this, he has held various business roles in Trinseo, Dow Chemical and Procter & Gamble. Nicolas holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering with a specialisation in sustainability from CPE Lyon, France.”

“ Dr Rob Portsmouth, Executive Vice President, Sustainability, EHS and HR has over 26 years’ experience in the chemical industry. He started his career with Royal Dutch Shell in South Africa before joining the Tioxide business of ICI in South Africa in 1996 where he held roles in manufacturing, operations and technical management. After relocating to the UK in 2003, Dr Portsmouth served as Director of Global Marketing and Director of Business Development for Huntsman’s Pigments and Additives business between 2003 and 2017. In 2019, he took up the role of Senior Vice President, EHS, Innovation and Technology at Venator, then Senior Vice President EHS and Sustainability before moving into his current role. Dr Portsmouth was awarded both his Bachelors and Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Natal (South Africa) and received his Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge (UK). He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Henley Business School (University of Reading, UK).”

Prior to that, Mr. Paterson served as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of Kuwait Energy plc from February 2010 to July 2018 and General Counsel of Dubai Group (the financial services investment arm of Dubai Holding) from December 2007 to September 2009. Mr. Paterson qualified as an English Solicitor in 1996 and spent the early part of his career at three international law firms in London including as a corporate partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP.”
