<p>- Provide legal advice and support to the company on corporate, commercial, labor, and real estate issues.<br/>- Handle land purchase, registration, mutation, lease, sale deeds, khatian verification, and title search.<br/>- Draft, review, and vet agreements, MoUs, contracts, deeds, and power of attorney.<br/>- Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and arbitration on civil, criminal, labor, and commercial disputes.<br/>- Ensure compliance with Company Law, Land Law, Labor Law, Contract Law, and Export-Import regulations.<br/>- Liaise with law enforcement, regulators, and external counsels.<br/>- Maintain all legal documents, litigation records, and corporate files in a structured manner.<br/>- Advise management on risk assessment, dispute resolution, and legal strategies.</p>- Provide legal advice and support to the company on corporate, commercial, labor, and real estate issues.
