Lead the entire HR function aligned with business goals and report directly to the Country Head. Activity as a strategic HR Business Partner for senior leadership. Implement and manage all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, compliance, and organizational development. Ensure legal and regulatory HR compliance in accordance with both local labor laws and global company standards. Champion a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.
