Design Engineer

Fletcher Piccolo Associates is looking for hiring a Design Engineer on behalf of a tier-1 fit-out contractor to work on hotel, mall, and villa projects across the UAE. Key Requirements: Develop detailed joinery designs and technical drawings for custom furniture, cabinetry, and woodwork elements based on project specifications Translate architectural and interior design concepts into manufacturable joinery components using CAD/CAM software Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate fabrication, material selection, and efficient workshop workflows Prepare cutting lists, assembly details, and material take-offs to support procurement and manufacturing processes Review and ensure all joinery designs comply with relevant standards, fire ratings, and functional requirements Liaise with project managers, site teams, and clients to resolve design queries and ensure smooth installation on site
