Lead the development of interior design concepts, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and technical excellence aligned with client requirements Prepare, review, and approve detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, providing guidance to junior staff and ensuring timely project delivery Select and specify interior materials, finishes, and systems based on performance, sustainability, and design intent Ensure design compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards through rigorous quality control Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to align design solutions with project goals, budget, and site conditions
