Project Manager

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules in coordination with designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are understood, managed, and met throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs to keep the project within financial targets. Coordinate the procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) and ensure timely delivery to site. Select, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, trades, and internal teams to ensure work is performed to quality standards and deadlines. Ensure all work is completed to the required standards, specifications, and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
