We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth & BD Lead to help us take our flagship product to market. This is a zero-to-one leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives on building from scratch, working closely with founders, and shaping how products reach their audience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead GTM strategy and customer acquisition
- Identify and grow strategic partnerships and early customer relationships
- Design and run outbound & inbound sales experiments
- Own discovery calls, demos, and onboarding experiences
- Collaborate with product & marketing on messaging and positioning
- Track pipeline, growth KPIs, and shape scalable playbooks
