We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager - US Medical Billing to lead the growth efforts in the Medical Billing services vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), and a proven ability to close B2B deals. This is a leadership role, managing a small team of account executives or SDRs, driving revenue, and building lasting client relationships across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- ✔ Identify and pursue new business opportunities for medical billing services across the US and Canada
- ✔ Conduct outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, industry events) to book meetings and demos
- ✔ Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and onboarding handoff
- ✔ Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (clinic owners, practice managers, physicians, CFOs)
- ✔ Prepare ROI-driven presentations, proposals, and pricing solutions for clients
- ✔ Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and lead generation strategies
- ✔ Track pipeline, deal stages, and revenue forecast in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- ✔ Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and stay updated on trends
- ✔ Provide feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and enhance client satisfaction
Requirements:
- ✔ Fluent English communication
- ✔ Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare system, billing codes, payer mix, and RCM process
- ✔ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a consultative selling environment
- ✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- ✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- ✔ Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards
