Passionate about driving business growth through consultative sales and innovative digital solutions? Join a modular, business-centric design consulting team working on transformative projects across tech, software, and UX!
What youll do:
- Generate new B2B leads across global markets (networking, partnerships, events)
- Conduct market & competitor research to refine sales tactics
- Build rapport and lasting partnerships with CXOs and decision-makers
- Own the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing (RFPs, RFQs, contracts)
Upsell & cross-sell to existing clients (UX/UI, product dev, consulting)
Prepare quotations, proposals, and deliver on quarterly sales targets
You bring:
- 47 yrs in BD/consultative/B2B/IT/UX/UI sales, managing complex sales cycles
- Hunter mindset, stellar communication & negotiation skills
- Hands-on with CRM, sales analytics, and growth strategies
- Proven record hitting targets in fast-paced environments
- Exposure to management consulting/BFSI/Fintech or UI/UX industries valued
Mumbai-based or willing to relocate preferred
