Job Description

I am hiring for my client, a growing consulting & technology services firm, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive global B2B sales in UX/UI design services & digital transformation consulting. ✅ Mandatory Requirements - 2+ years in B2B Tech Solutions Sales (UX/UI / Digital Consulting / IT Services only). - Proven hunter profile - new lead generation, CXO engagement, closing deals. - Strong consultative selling skills (RFPs, proposals, pricing, end-to-end sales cycle). - Hands-on with LinkedIn outreach & email campaigns. - Familiar with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred), pipeline & reporting. - Background: UX/UI Design Studios / Software Tech Services (not EdTech, SaaS product, or hardware sales). - Max 30 days’ notice period. 🎯 Key Responsibilities - Drive new business development globally through networking, partnerships & market mapping. - Build CXO-level relationships & act as trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives. - Manage strong quarterly pipelines, close RFP/RFQ opportunities. - Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and integrate business requirements. - Upsell & cross-sell within existing client base.
