Think of yourself as a growth partner, not just a salesperson.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Generate leads & acquire clients across Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, ATL/BTL campaigns, and Video Production</li><li>Build & nurture long-term client relationships</li><li>Research markets & trends to craft winning sales strategies</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to design proposals & killer pitch decks</li><li>Negotiate contracts & close deals like a pro</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>4-7 years of agency-side business development experience (advertising/digital marketing)</li><li>Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships</li><li>Eye for upselling & growing business from existing accounts</li><li>Excellent command of English (written & verbal)</li><li>A results-driven hustler who loves smashing targets 🚀</li></ul>
