We are looking for an experienced and strategic CFO to join our leadership team. This role is critical in shaping the financial future of the organization through strategic planning, treasury management, compliance, and leading finance and procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal/external audits
• Manage treasury operations, liquidity, and banking relationships
• Support cross-functional departments and participate in legal/contractual negotiations
• Mentor and develop finance and procurement teams
• Represent the company in financial matters with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA or CMA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Strong financial planning, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
• Fluent in English
