We are looking for a Delivery Head to lead and oversee the P&L of Design & Build business across India. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring profitable growth, successful project delivery, and client satisfaction across regions.

• Full P&L ownership - drive top-line growth & bottom-line profitability
• Oversee end-to-end Design & Build project execution across India
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, timelines, and budgets
• Support business development & client acquisition
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing delivery teams
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients & stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety & regulatory norms
