Job Description

<p>We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in #Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems (Windows OS).</li><li>Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.</li><li>Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.</li><li>Coordinate with IT vendors and escalate complex issues when required.</li><li>Maintain records of daily support, installations, and system configurations.</li><li>Ensure all systems and applications are updated with the latest patches and updates.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills:</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and antivirus tools.</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting hardware (Desktops, Printers, Scanners, etc.).</li><li>Good understanding of LAN/WAN technologies.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
